3. User Accounts and Registration

To access certain features of the Platform, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and update your account information
• Keep your account credentials secure and confidential
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

5. PIR Request Guidelines

When using our PIR generation and management tools, you agree to:

• Comply with the Texas Public Information Act

• Use the information obtained responsibly and legally
• Not use PIR requests for harassment or intimidation

The Platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Unchalked and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Platform without our prior written consent.

7. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Platform. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute your content in connection with the Platform.

Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will cease immediately, and we may delete your account and any associated data.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved in the courts of Texas.
